We use the software we do because it’s the very best. You’ll need to be on Quickbooks Online or Xero and be willing to learn how to use the other tools in our appstack.

No Surprises

We don’t do hourly rates. Everything is priced upfront, with no unexpected billing afterwards.

No One-Offs

We don’t do any one-off taxes. Our purpose is helping you succeed in business and work towards your goals. We can’t do this by appearing just once a year during tax season.

Communication

Email is the best way to get in touch with us. That way, everything is managed and well documented. We’ll get back to you within 3 days on Base Level, 2 days on Scale level, and the same day for Summit Level.

Plan your route

This part isn’t sexy, but it’s vital. After you sign your engagement letter we’ll start getting all the basic information we need to run your accounts in order and welcoming you to the team.

Week 1-2

  • Welcome Call
  • Get access to existing QBO login or create new QBO account

Week 1-2

  • Set up your permanent file
  • Set up power of attorney
  • Transfer payroll

Lace up your shoes

Things are getting serious. In this stage, we’ll be setting up your core systems, cleaning your accounts, and meeting with you consistently to keep you in the loop.

Week 2-4

  • Set up banking software
  • Clean up chart of accounts
  • Resource Management Meeting

Week 5

  • Finish reconciling books
  • Chart of Accounts

Pack your bag

This is where we give you the tools you need for a successful journey. We’ll teach you how to use the software we’ve set up so you’re prepared for anything.

Week 6-8

  • Watch software training videos
  • Software Training Meeting

Let’s go

With your route planned, your systems ready, and your bag filled with everything you need, it’s time to get going. We’ll work with you to set a path for your business with key milestones for achieving your big goals.

Week 12

  • Strategic Business Review Meeting

– Discussing goals, Key Predictive and Performance Indicators, and maintenance
